The every day hustle and bustle make us forget to just stop and clear our minds to wipe stress away, this app is great to use on so many different levels – when it comes to stress, needing to be more focus plus more. It’s great for when you’re at work and/or on the go. I even use in my car.


Great for staying in the moment

I have tried many meditation app and this has been the best so far in helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and insomnia. I especially love the body scan meditations. I did purchase a monthly subscription which has more meditations options available, and it is worth every penny for my peace of mind. It is incredible and i no longer have to take sleeping pills to help me fall asleep. Thank You!!!!!!


So Far So Good!

This app is clear, easy to navigate. Options range from approximately5 minutes to 15 minutes. Listening options also cover many different needs and topics. Many apps like this available, but i honestly chose this one to try first since it was much cheaper than any of the others recommended. I’ve since subscribed, use it daily, and I am pleased with my choice.
